So as some of our VIP Fashion Correspondents finish up their time with us, others begin! Today starts a new life for Tanner Howe from Disco Curtis as he begins his 2010 Vans Warped Tour fashion blogs.
Ok, maybe it’s not “starting his new life” but it’s important to us!
In his first blog, Tanner gives you a little synopsis of the summer fashions on tour and how clothing is just as important when it’s not really clothes! We also threw in some pictures of Disco Curtis from their signing at the Ragged booth in Orlando, FL.
Straight From Tanner:

After 5 days on Warped Tour, it is time for my first of 4 fashion blog updates. Over the past several days, I have been scoping out different people (yes, I have been “people watching”) in various cities on the 2010 Vans Warped Tour. The most common fashion style I have seen repeatedly is the lack of clothes, which is understandable in the brutal summer heat. People will do most anything to stay cool in the heat. Shirts with no shorts. Shorts with no shirts. No shirts, no pants. No problem!

MORE AFTER THE JUMP
Another popular trend I have seen is body paint. Rather than covering skin with clothing, why not cover it in paint?! The areas that were once covered by clothes are now covered by multicolored paint… Or their own tattoos.

I have yet to see dudes wearing skinny little girl pants. However, everywhere I look I see dudes wearing skinny little girl pants that have been cut into shorts. I cut my skinny jeans into shorts. My legs needed some breathing space for the summer- I can’t keep them locked away behind tight denim.
I’ll be on the lookout over the next couple of weeks, giving you the latest updates on fashion related news from the Warped Tour!
