Thanks to American Rag and Seventeen Magazine, I had the chance to experience my very first Vans Warped Tour! It was super awesome and I found it to be much more laid-back than Bamboozle. There were a lot of cool booths set up and band members walking around like it was no big deal! So cool.
Although many people were dressed minimally, most wore oversized and flowy tops because it was incredibly hot! These tops came in lace, different prints, cool graphics, and paint splatter. For those who carried a bag, I noticed that cute small backpacks were in- just enough to carry around you essentials and some water! As for shoes, the majority of the music festival wore Vans sneakers, duh!

It was crazy because the American Rag tent would be flooded whenever there was a signing- the guys from Attack Attack! even said ‘hi’ to my camera! The lineup was pretty sweet too, including 3OH!3 which was major funzoes. Instead of crowd surfing or mosh pits, the whole crowd turned into a dancing frenzy! But the highlight of my day was definitely meeting and interviewing Go Radio. They welcomed me into their tour bus with open arms and from that moment it was love at first sight… hahah just kidding. All jokes aside, all we did was joke around. They’re a super fun group of guys and I can’t wait for you to see the interview, so stay tuned on raggedmag.com! (Editor’s note: Watch it here!!)
